About StellarWorld

Building the organizing layer of the lunar economy

Our Mission

StellarWorld is established to build the first Lunar City and to become the commercial backbone of the lunar economy, ensuring America leads and sets the standards, economics, and technology platform stacks of the solar system.

We are structured as a holding company and market-maker for the lunar era, with subsidiaries including Lunar Cities and TransPlanetary Services, and a strategy centered on controlling access to the future supply of critical lunar and cislunar infrastructure.

Our model is simple but powerful: acquire future infrastructure capacity today — across power, telecom, launch, AI compute, data centers, habitats, logistics, and other essential services — using structured contracts, strategic partnerships, and long-duration commercial arrangements with emerging providers. Then package that supply into investable, understandable, risk-managed products and platforms for governments, enterprises, industrial operators, and future lunar customers.

Why Now

The timing window is unusually attractive. The lunar category has crossed from aspiration into execution.

Governments are no longer only studying lunar activity; they are buying it. Commercial companies are no longer only promising lunar delivery; they are landing hardware and operating missions. Communications, power, mobility, logistics, and compute are no longer future concepts; they are becoming procurement categories.

The first phase of every major industrial frontier is messy. Supply is fragmented. Demand is uncertain. Counterparties are early. Products are bespoke. Buyers do not yet know how to purchase what they will eventually need.

In that phase, the most valuable company is often not the one manufacturing every component, but the one that makes the category legible, financeable, and purchasable.

That is the role StellarWorld intends to occupy.

How We Create Value

01

Reserve

Secure future supply from high-potential lunar and cislunar infrastructure providers before capacity is spoken for.

02

Diversify

Spread counterparty risk across a portfolio instead of betting on a single technical approach.

03

Aggregate

Combine demand from customers who want lunar exposure without underwriting dozens of developmental vendors themselves.

04

Standardize

Create repeatable contracts and offerings so an immature market becomes easier to buy into.

05

Capture

Realize value from repricing as lunar infrastructure shifts from speculative narrative to contracted industrial capacity.

Why StellarWorld

Category-Forming

We are not merely selling into a market; we are helping create the market's rules, interfaces, and buying mechanisms.

Portfolio-Based

By underwriting access across multiple counterparties and infrastructure layers, we reduce technical concentration risk while preserving upside to the overall expansion of the lunar economy.

Narrative Meets Contract

Lunar Cities gives us an expansive vision with enormous downstream demand implications. TransPlanetary Services gives us a near-term mechanism to structure revenue, partnerships, and market presence today.
